Adoptive things that a men should implement from the age 22

Cooking a great meal.

Being confident enough to eat alone at a restaurant.

The art of striking up conversations with strangers.

To revel in solitude. One should not need company to have a good time.
Planning your finances.

The art of getting stuff done. You might be planning a party, trying to get your official documents ready, building your own website, championing a cause, anything, and you should be able to figure out how to do it.

Managing your taxes. It's simple enough in most countries and you do not need someone else to do it for you.

The virtue of respect and politeness. Be civil to everyone. Smile at people. Say "Thank you", "Please", "My apologies", "You're welcome" more often.

Awareness of one's self and convictions. Have an opinion. Fight for it.
The ability to express oneself - be it a humorous anecdote, a gripping story, a post, a song, a skit.

Not to believe everything one hears or reads or sees. Learn to apply your own reasoning and dig a little deeper.

It's fine to be scared. To cry sometimes. To let your emotions overcome you. If you think someone will think less of you because of it, kick them out of your life.

Life progressively gets harder. But that isn't something to worry about. You also progressively become more mature and capable of handling all kinds of shit life throws at you.

The art of hosting people and making sure they have a great time.

A little about everything, make an habit to float on Oxford dictionary.

People generally do not think about you as much as you think they do. So do not let irrational fears and insecurities cripple you.

Making good friends gets harder after college. So cherish the ones you have.

So da Bottom of da Line is
